What advice do you have for a younger person? “Trust the Lord. Know that the Lord is the savior and boss of your life. I almost married the wrong person. I remember saying, ‘Lord if it is not your will for me to marry John, let me know.’ I didn’t marry him, and I cried buckets of tears, but later on I said ‘thank you, you knew what I needed.’ It’s wonderful just to know the Lord is in control.”
