How have things changed at your place of work since COVID? “People are complaining about wearing masks. They are stricter about things being done, residents don’t understant what’s going on. They can’t go to appointments or get their hair done, and activities are not being done. They don’t like having to eat in their doorways and they don’t understand why their families are not coming to see them. Everyone is stressed.”
What sort of things do you hope will change where you work as a result of the pandemic? “Things will be explained better to residents. We will get more respect for our work.”
Is your employee giving you higher or hazard pay? “No.”
